Through my journey I have learned that life flows better when I am aligned. This can be any kind of alignment, such as physical alignment, nutritional alignment, spiritual alignment, emotional alignment, mental alignment and even energetic alignment.
As I have worked with clients, I have also learned how much these alignments are intertwined and dependent on the others. If one is off, the others are probably off too.
