Most clients reap the benefits of MYK in the first 4 sessions.
A session includes:
  • Narrowing to the main problem in the nervous system via posture and questions
  • Working on specific muscles while the therapist moves you and works on range of motions
  • Working on both sides of the body
  • No oils or creams and you can keep your clothes on
  • Only works on specific muscles along one nerve pathway
  • Sessions can be 10-20 minutes and addresses specific complaints

First Appointment

At your first appointment we will start with a postural analysis to figure out the nerve root problem and find the right treatment for you. You will also receive your initial treatment.

Your assessment appointment will be 60 minutes.

Follow Up

After your 1st appointment we will follow up with a series of appointments using the treatment plan from first appointment and making note of improvements noticed.

You will begin with 10 follow ups as a new client.

Maintenance

After your first 10 treatments, you will do a follow up assessment to discover what other treatments your body may need at that point.

After, only scheduled as needed or if too much has passed between treatments.

Ten years ago, I was declared legally disabled due to chronic pain. I was 32 years old. More
recently, the diagnosis changed to Fibromyalgia, and an autoimmune disease called
Polymyositis; causing pain and flares of inflammation. The worst flare to date occurred in
February 2019. I was barely able to walk without a cane, and it took close to two hours to even
