What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a gentle, natural therapy that restores balance to body, mind, and spirit. Using fine needles to activate the body’s energy pathways, it promotes healing, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being. Each session helps you feel grounded, relaxed, and renewed—bringing you back into harmony from the inside out.

I have been a licensed acupuncturist for 10 years. As a full- time speech language pathologist, I am able to offer acupuncture services on a limited basis to support the overall health and wellness services of the BH and S team. At Body Heart and Sole
Beth provides group acupuncture at BHS on the 4th Saturday of every month (unless it ends on a Holiday). We can seat up to 8 participants in one session. It is $33 per session up front at time of scheduling to RSVP your seat.
