SELF-LOVE MINI RETREAT

In 2020, learn to love yourself and honor your body. Connect with like-minded people and dedicate time for self-care because you are worth it!

Saturday February 8th at 8:30am-4pm

Want to practice self-care, but don't know where to start?
Learn various techniques and resources from our local speakers.

The day will begin with a morning mediation, followed by guest speakers, one-on-one coaching, an organic lunch and more mingling. We will end the retreat with group Pilates stretches.
