Though I am not a fan of the traditional Thanksgiving story taught to us in schools due to the inaccuracies. I am a big fan, however, of a season of giving thanks as a reminder.
Giving thanks is very healing. I find that most people can easily give thanks to things like for their family, for their job, for their basic needs being met etc. What about giving thanks for YOU and all that makes you, YOU!
I would like to challenge you this month to 28 days of thanking YOU. Every day you thank a different aspect of yourself. As you do so, I encourage you to also journal what this is like for you. What feelings come up for you? What discoveries are made during this challenge?
